About the ELAO
The Employment Lawyers Association of Ontario (the ELAO) is an organization comprised of employment lawyers from all across Ontario who represent both employers and employees. The ELAO was founded to create a network of employment lawyers for the dissemination of knowledge, ideas and to ensure the employment law bar has a voice in the legal profession. Members include lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, legal educators, and law students with an interest in employment law.
OUR MISSION.
The ELAO’s mission is to enhance the practice of employment law in Ontario and elevate the standards of the profession through member education, participation in the legislative process and promoting quality advocacy.
